Embroidery Terms & Conditions

1. Allow an additional 1 business days + shipping time, depending on the time of the year. During busy season October – December the dispatch time for embroideries can be up to 15 business days + shipping time depending what shipping service you have chosen. All orders with embroideries placed after 26th November (International Orders: 1st November) can’t be guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
2. All orders with embroidery placed by 26th November (International Orders: 1st November), are guaranteed to be processed and shipped in time for Christmas.
3. Choosing EXPRESS Shipping Service doesn’t reduce the dispatch/processing time.
4. If your order consists of products with and without embroidery, your order will be shipped together. So please, calculate the extra time it takes for embroidered products in your order.
5. The placement of the embroidery: The placement of the embroidery is set to default and can’t be changed.

1. Embroidery colour: Please refer to information at the bottom of this page.
2. Embroidery Height: Approx. 2.5 cm
3. Embroidery Width: up to 16 cm (9 characters). These measurements are a guide only and can differ slightly due to the nature of the font you choose
4. Embroidery Quality: Double Stich/high quality
7. Strictly NO Exchange or Refund on products including embroidery
8. In the event, that SAMMIMIS embroiders your towel wrongly, a replacement will be sent out within 5 business days with express shipping service – all at our cost. Thank goodness, it doesn't happen often at all.
9. Same day dispatch doesn’t apply to orders with embroidery service
10. To utilise “SAME DAY DISPATCH” service, feel free to split your order to “regular” products and embroidered products.
11. Please check your embroidery selection carefully as there is no exchange or return on products with embroidery
12. Any promotional offers or discounts are excluded from our embroidery service.
